Booking, Token & Allotment Policy

Property bookings for plots in Vrindavan Yash Vihar, Vasundhara Nagar-II, Sridhar Nagar, and Urmila Enclave are governed by strict commercial norms:

  • Expression of Interest (EOI): Any advance or token amount tendered constitutes a preliminary Expression of Interest and does not guarantee plot reservation until an official Allotment Letter is formally issued.
  • Official Payment Receipts: Payments must be made exclusively via Account Payee Cheques, Demand Drafts, NEFT, or RTGS in favor of 'Shree Vrindavan Real Estate Pvt. Ltd.'. Cash transactions beyond statutory limits are strictly prohibited.
  • Allotment Terms: The allotment of a specific plot number is contingent upon receipt of the initial booking percentage and verification of KYC documents.
  • Statutory Charges: Stamp duty, registration fees, GST, electricity connection charges, maintenance deposits, and municipal levies are payable by the purchaser as per prevailing government rates at the time of deed registration.

To provide a transparent and pressure-free experience, Vrindavan Real Estate offers complimentary doorstep cab pickup and drop-off across Jaipur for prospective buyers and their families.

  • The site visit service is completely free of charge with zero obligation to purchase.
  • Pickups are scheduled subject to vehicle availability, route feasibility, and prior appointment confirmation.
  • Visitors are requested to maintain standard travel decorum. The Company and our transport partners reserve the right to decline or reschedule visits in cases of extreme weather, force majeure, or unruly behavior.
  • A certified property advisor accompanies every tour to present approved layout blueprints, demarcated boundary pillars, and infrastructure timelines.

Home Loan & Financial Assistance Disclaimer

Loan assistance is a facilitation service; final sanctions rest solely with the lending bank.

While our residential townships are pre-approved by leading banking institutions (e.g., State Bank of India, HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, Punjab National Bank), Vrindavan Real Estate acts purely as a facilitator between the purchaser and the bank.

  • Loan eligibility, sanctioned amounts, interest rates, processing fees, and repayment tenures are governed entirely by the individual bank's credit appraisal norms.
  • The Company shall not be held liable in the event of loan rejection or delay arising from the applicant's credit score, documentation deficiencies, or bank internal policies.
  • Delay in bank loan disbursement does not automatically extend contractual payment schedules unless mutually agreed upon in writing.

Intellectual Property Rights

All logos, images, text, and marketing assets are protected proprietary intellectual property.

All trademarks, logos, brand names ('Vrindavan Real Estate', 'Vrindavan Yash Vihar'), visual identities, photographs, layout illustrations, drone footage, and website design code are the exclusive intellectual property of Shree Vrindavan Real Estate Pvt. Ltd.

  • Unauthorized use, framing, scraping, reverse engineering, or commercial replication of any asset without express written consent constitutes copyright infringement.
  • Any unauthorized commercial exploitation will attract prompt legal action under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957 and Trade Marks Act, 1999.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Shree Vrindavan Real Estate Pvt. Ltd., its directors, employees, and authorized agents from and against all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and legal expenses arising out of:

  • Your violation or breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
  • Any false information or forged identity documentation supplied by you.
  • Your infringement of any intellectual property rights or proprietary rights of the Company or third parties.

Governing Law & Legal Jurisdiction

All disputes are governed under Indian law with exclusive jurisdiction in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

These Terms & Conditions, and all contractual relations arising hereunder, shall be governed by, construed, and interpreted strictly in accordance with the substantive laws of the Republic of India.

In the event of any claim, dispute, or difference arising out of or in connection with the use of this website, property inquiries, or allotment agreements, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through amicable bilateral negotiations within thirty (30) days.

Failing amicable resolution, the courts of competent jurisdiction situated exclusively in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India, shall have sole and exclusive jurisdiction over all proceedings.
